Magnoliaespermum sp. is an extinct genus of plant in the Family Myricaceae which includes various trees and shrubs such as the bog myrtle, wax myrtle, and bayberry from a suptropical to temperate climate.  Magnoliaespermum is known from the Oligocene and Miocene of Europe.  It was once classified in the magnolia family, Magnoliaceae.
