Big 140mm (5.5 inch.) x 130mm (5.1 inch).

Vaveliksia is a genus of early animal that lived during the Ediacaran and has been identified as a primitive sponge or sponge-like animal.  It’s shaped like a cucumber or squash.  The species V. vana is known from the White Sea, Russia and another species, V. velikanovi is known from the Dniester River area of Ukraine.  Vaveliksia apparently died out by the end of the Ediacaran.
