Vetulicolia. Problematica.
Banffia is one of those critters that scientists are still trying to figure out. The body has a front and back section with the back divided into sections so some paleontologists were leaning toward “weird arthropod.” It seems to have antennae but no appendages, though. When some scientists are baffled they name it after where they found the first one and then put it in its own phylum, Vetulicolia in this case.
Banffia is known from a couple of Middle Cambrian sites in Canada and then it was discovered in the Spence Shale. You might want to get this one before vetulicolans become popular with the hipsters. I hear they’re buying Spider-Man trading cards right now.
