Liaobatrachus is a genus of frog from the Early Cretaceous of China. It has been determined to be related to early frogs, the group dating back to the Early Triassic.
The frogs of the Yixian Formation were once assigned to five different genera including Liaobatrachus but an analysis of the known specimens concluded that they were all species that should assigned to Liaobatrachus.
