Excellent 30mm arthropod on very displayable 295mm slab.

Arthropod, Thylacocephalan. Solnhofen.

Clausocaris is a genus of arthropod that belongs to the Class Thylacocephala which may be related to crustaceans.  It was somewhat shrimp-like in form though it had a more extraterrestrial look to it.
