Cricoidoscelosus is a genus of crayfish perhaps best-known from the Liaoning locality.

This one has nice detail – a cool piece.

In Louisiana they would call it a crawdad or a crawdaddy.  Yeah, boil dat and throw it into the gumbo – well, maybe not this particular one.  It’s got a bad chalky taste.
