Dinosaur. Theropod.
Ceratosaurus is a Late Jurassic carnivorous dinosaur known from North America and perhaps Europe. Its species name refers to the horn on its nose. This dinosaur is a distant relative of Allosaurus, the remains of which are also found in the Morrison Formation. Ceratosaurus tends to be rarer than Allosaurus as you might have noticed in the marketplace. You see very few Allosaurus teeth for sale over time and even fewer Ceratosaurus teeth.
