Allodesmus is a genus that belongs to an extinct family of pinnipeds, the Desmatophocidae, which appeared in the Middle Miocene and died out by the end of the epoch.  It was neither a seal, nor a sea lion, nor a walrus but it would have looked like a large sea lion.
