Here’s an unidentified plant specimen from a time when tropical forest covered much of the Rocky Mountain region. The dinosaurs had disappeared fifteen million years before and mammals were diversifying with the earliest members of several modern groups living alongside groups now long gone.
You should buy this and show it to a paleobotanist though this fossil is recent enough that a botanist might have a good idea what it is.
