Williamsonia is a genus of cycadeoid of the Order Bennittales, a group of seed plants. Williamsonia is also known from the Late Triassic to Late Cretaceous of the Americas and India. The Bennittales apparently survived into the Oligocene of Australia.
An inflorescence usually refers to a flower cluster in a flowering plant but it can also refer to a flower-like structure in other plants.
